Reunion Crossing is excited to be participating in the 13th Annual Corn Fest on St. Clair this Saturday August 24th! Join us from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Don Panos Parkette (3 Prescott Ave) to get in on the fun. This popular annual event really has something for everyone, including a classic crowd favourite — free food!
There will be free bbq hamburgers and hotdogs, and free roasted porchetta from 1-7 pm while quantities last. Reunion Crossing will also be offering 400 free ice cream cones to visitors starting at 1:00 pm, so make sure to arrive early. Of course, roasted corn on the cob will be available all day ($3.00 each or 4 for $10.00).
This family event will also feature great deals at the local merchant sidewalk sale, and numerous live performances! Performances start with the musical-theatre-inspired performance of Stefania Matarazzo,
followed by more great music from Meredith Wolting. Headliners will include International Portuguese Music Award nominee Tony Câmara and Toronto-based Latin band Cassava. There will also be a performance by the Ontario School of Ballet, as well as kids activities such as face painting and a reptiles showcase by Reptilia. Finally, the interactive learning organization Creative Club will be providing an interactive LEGO station and an EverBlock Treehouse for kid photos. We hope to see you there!
