There are many reasons why people fall in love with a home. We all have different aspirations, priorities and needs, but when you talk to those who live in the community around you, you discover that while your individual circumstances may vary, the things that made you fall in love with your neighbourhood and your home are surprisingly similar.

This has certainly been the case throughout our Fall in Love campaign. Our incredible urban towns, combined with our convenient location, excellent incentives and easy deposit structure have united us with a wonderful group of buyers that are excited to call Reunion Crossing home.

To close out our campaign, we thought we’d share a true Reunion Crossing Love Story with you. Pooja Mehta, a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer fell in love with her fiancée Suraj, a pilot. In 2018, Pooja moved to Canada and kicked off her Canadian career! This ambitious duo then set their sights on getting married (next month!) and becoming homeowners! They wanted “to do this without having to take any help from our parents”.

This past fall they fell in love with a beautiful urban town at Reunion Crossing. Pooja says that they chose Reunion Crossing over the local competition because it was a "bigger, better property, and [you offered] a deposit structure that was most suitable... We love the layout and the facilities." The facilities that Pooja is referring to are the condominium amenities next door that every townhome owner has access to – they include a community lounge, urban garage, party room, and fitness centre.

But what's the thing that Pooja loves most about her new home? "It's going to be ours! Mine and my fiancée’s!" Adding that they can't wait to start “decorating the house and being adults”.

As a final thought, Pooja added that she and Suraj are "extremely thrilled" for their future home here. The Fall in Love Campaign is now over, but a wonderful selection of urban towns are still available.
